-The Protectors of Poetry-

Protecting Poetry means keeping it the way it currently is in regards to regulations while making necessary improvements to roads, internet service, and having great communication with our residents.

While there are obvious lines in the sand between certain candidates, we are actively looking to grow alliances with residents and likeminded Alderman candidates. If you would like to have a conversation to see if our visions align; please fill out the form below and we will give you a call!

Preserving Land Owners Rights

We understand how diverse Poetry is when it comes to your households' needs. This means minimal regulations when it comes to what you can do on your own property. If you need to run your small business from your property, no problem! Need to build another structure for family to move in? Great! We have your back and will help all residents keep Poetry as their home.

Preventing Large Industry

We will protect Poetry from large industry and large commercial development by opposing the growth of the city infrastructure that they seek. The current state of Poetry is not attractive to investors and developers and we will work to keep it that way. That's how Poetry has always been and how we want it to be going forward.

Promoting Agriculture

Our agricultural lifestyle and the tax exemptions that come with it are a core factor of what makes Poetry great, and we will ensure it stays that way.

Solving Problems Together

We believe no one person has the answer to future challenges in our town. This is why we are organizing online groups in addition to print newsletters and in person meetings.
